Après avoir débuté en duo avec la chanteuse Kat Maslich en formant le groupe Eastmoutainsouth, cet excellent folkeux a poursuivi sa carrière en solo sortant à ce jour 4 albums. Il a également collaboré avec Caitlin Canty sous le nom de Down Like silver.
